I; customer, or agent for the owner(s), have the authority to approve the scope of work which has been outlined in the estimate provided. I understand that existing aged and/or deteriorated equipment may no longer be serviceable. I agree to pay for all parts, labor, materials and services received today. A/C Rangers is not responsible for existing items not included in this estimate. Including but not limited to roofing, line set, high and low voltage, gas lines, water lines, drain lines, disconnect and whip, and ductwork. If additional items are found in need of repair and/or replacement, an additional estimate will be provided. Unforeseen circumstances at the time of this estimate are excluded. I understand that payment in full is due upon completion of work, unless a signed contract for payment arrangements was previously agreed to and is on file with A/C Rangers. Failure to pay on time will obligate me to pay all interest, court costs, attorney and collection fees incurred. A/C Rangers reserves the right to remove any parts and/or equipment if not paid in full, by date services rendered or otherwise agreed upon, in writing, by A/C Rangers. A/C Rangers warranties most repairs for 1 year on parts and labor. A/C Rangers warranties most installations for 10 years on parts and compressors (once registered to the original owner), and 2 years on labor. Installation of replacement systems include the removal and disposal of old equipment. New equipment will be connected to existing high and low voltage and existing ductwork, unless otherwise stated. 

​A/C Rangers Heating and Cooling will collect verbal opt-ins from customers.
